I’ll never forget that moment.

I was in my early twenties, attending 12-Step meetings and struggling with the idea of letting go of control and trusting a power greater than myself. I felt frustrated and afraid. Then something unexpected happened. For a brief moment—maybe a minute, maybe longer—I experienced a deep peace that seemed completely outside of time.

It was my first conscious experience of inner peace and the Divine. From that moment on, I wanted to understand how to return to that peace.

My search led me to studying A Course in Miracles, a spiritual path that teaches how to shift from fear to love through forgiveness, awareness, and inner guidance. Around the same time, I began practicing meditation regularly, and that’s when things truly began to change.

Even as a spiritual student, I was still dealing with very real struggles—anxiety, addiction, self-blame, and a heavy sense of responsibility. But through consistent practice, I discovered something powerful: it is possible to quiet the mind and connect with an inner source of guidance that brings clarity and peace.

People call this inner guidance by many names—intuition, the Holy Spirit, Higher Power, Divine Mind, or simply a deep inner knowing. Whatever we call it, the experience is the same: when we learn to listen, life becomes easier to navigate. Problems are met with greater calm, relationships soften, and we begin to move from fear toward love.

Today, my work focuses on helping others apply spiritual principles to everyday life. Through meditation, community conversations, and one-to-one mentorship, I support people in quieting their minds, listening for inner guidance, and finding practical spiritual solutions to real-world challenges.
